Ok any advice everytime I try to diet I get a raging headache and have drink soda again. I've tried essential oils no luck u ve tried spark no luck either tried plexus pink drink to rid headache nothing works. It only gets better if I drink soda then that just flubs up my whole weight loss plan and no drinking soda plan.
