I flew KLM on August 30th. My flight from Amsterdam to Edinburgh was canceled, and they flew me to Glasgow. During this change, my luggage did not arrive in Glasgow. After numerous attempts to retrieve my luggage and empty promises of it being delivered within 24 hours I still do not have my luggage on September 5th. The baggage information center will not tell me the name of the courier service that has my bags, or even what country my bags are in. I did not have a dress or shoes to wear as a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding. This has absolutely ruined my European vacation.
